Florida is attempting to pass a law banning anyone under 16 from have a social media account. The courts might well have precedent for anyone wanting to sue over that law.
Apparently Ohio has a law that doesn't bar minors from having social media accounts but requires parental consent to open new ones for minors. This law has already been blocked by courts and a ruling is expected soon. Similar laws in other states have so far been blocked by the courts

A federal judge has indefinitely blocked Ohio's law requiring parents to sign off on their teen's new social media accounts.
