Disclaimer! While I do RP, I do so to improve my writing. I write in a story format, and I expect my RP partners to do the same! If you don't want to read a story that's written poorly, why would writing like that be any better? Just look at the stories I've posted on this profile, most if not all of them are RP's. If you don't think you can write like that, don't PM me and be surprised if I turn you down or stop responding to you after a short time.
Edit: I wasn't aware that this was something that I needed to say, but clearly I need to point it out... Don't control my characters. You don't know what they act like, don't try to assume you do unless you RP with me on a regular basis and I trust that you can be them properly. As a common courtesy, I'll do the same and not control your characters except for the minor adjusting for story flow. I know I'm not perfect, but neither are any of you. I'm sorry if it makes me sound like a jerk, and I'd like to think I'm not... but unless we share characters, like me and
or you're being someone else's characters for them (Like for art trades and such), you shouldn't control any characters besides your own. The key exception being if we're using official characters. If that's the case, stick to the characters you choose to be. It's super simple, please don't make a big stink about it.
