Now, I must say that the way I have been handling the commissions has not seemed to me the best, the queues are long and the waiting time can be several months, so .... I will put a limit on commissions, the new method will be as follows:
- There will be place in the commission queue only for 6 people, once the queue is full, I will close the commissions for 2 weeks. Since people usually ask for 1 to 3 drawings, I calculate that 2 weeks will be enough to finish at least half of the queue.
- Every two weeks I will reopen commissions, and the empty slots will be available, once those slots are filled, I will close them again, and that will be the procedure, if I see that 2 weeks becomes too much, I will lower the time limit to open them, but for the moment it will be like this.
- If 2 weeks go by and I don't open the queue, it will probably be because there is no slot available.
Everything else will be the same, if you want it to be anonymous, private, etc, there will be no changes... Likewise the prices, I will keep them the same at the moment. Except the rules and other things that I will modify a little.
I will see how this method works, if I see that it doesn't work, I will invent something else, but I'll see n_n
