Glowing Cubes - Animated!

It's technically outside the scope of this website, so I can't post it here, but in case you're interested, you can see the animated version of my Glowing Cubes picture on my Twitter page!

It took me learning more about how Blender's denoising tools work, and actually took me two hours to render. It's only five seconds long, at 25 fps, so "just" 125 frames in total, but it's "just" 125 frames! That takes the rendering time for a single frame and multiplies it over and over and over again!

My first test took two minutes per frame, but that was on full quality and 25% of the full 1080p resolution, or a mere(!) 480x270 pixels, taking a full four hours for the first test!

Fortunately, dropping the quality and using Adaptive Sampling (countered by the Denoise compositing node) lowered the rendering time, despite increasing the resolution back to a proper 1080p, to a single minute per frame, taking just two hours for a full animation render! =^.^=

I'm extremely pleased with how it's turned out, surpassing my expectations by a wide margin, and teaching me about various animation tools that Blender has.
