Okay Some Really Good news and of course a little bit of bad news.
The Good news is, my hard drive is fine...(Touch Wood). I've recovered almost all of my artwork; the ones that have been submitted on this and other accounts, as well as all the ones that haven't been submitted yet. I also manage to get all my personal document back so that's a plus.
Now the bad news, every Sai File that I kept is gone, and all the commission files and images are gone as well. But there not forever lost, most of them are already uploaded on my art accounts so that's fine.
So what happened was, I was an idiot that left a couple files open, i.e Sai and went off to play some dark souls on my break, and when I came back to the laptop, it went into rest mode. I forgot to close the files and safely eject the drive to move to a different computer.
So the lesson learnt is, don't leave any files open when you're on break, and don't forget to safely eject the drive when moving to a different computer.
