Why am I switching? I guess it's a solidarity thing. And party because Mastodon has turned out to be freakin awesome! Sure, I've had a surprisingly good experience with Twitter over the years. Somehow avoiding drama. But it seems like most other people get bullied a lot on there. Why support a place like that? I also never like companies abusing their employees by unceremoniously firing them over email. And it looks like Twitter is trying awfully hard to kill itself now. Meanwhile Mastodon and ActivityPub in general are kind of amazing! I love this approach and what it represents. ActivityPub seems like an amazing technology that I've barely explored.
Why 3 accounts?? It makes sense for me. I want to post about 3 completely different subjects. And it seems considerate to keep "horny" and "main" separate. I want to celebrate and share all the amazing Metroid fan-art out there without forcing all my gross kinks on people. Social media also seems well suited for announcements, so it makes sense to post progress updates about my projects. But that should be its own dedicated thing.
When I have time, I'll try to re-program my website to send progress updates to Mastodon instead of Twitter. Regardless, you will always be able to see what I'm doing on my website or its RSS feed. I stopped relying on Twitter to store that stuff quite awhile ago.

the thing with twitter was just fearmongering tho. why? elon already employeed new peoples. and the thing is, why would he kill twitter after spending so much money and twitter making for the first time since decades plus again (because of the twitter blue stuff xD). so why letting it go down when it gives him money right now back which he lost? tho granted, he does really dumb stuff. but i think he uses the plattform for this drama because he knows this gets the best attention on twitter because ... twitter community...
i dont understand the whole twitter goes down panic anyways. if twitter goes really down should peoples be happy. one of the biggest cancel communities gets then scattered all over the place and got shattered. so it would be a happy thing. anyways, i doubt that twitter goes down anytime soon.

- he did a bunch of fail with the blue checkmark which he was forced to backpedal on because he is stupid 1. he decided to announce twitter verification for 20$ which pissed everybody off 2. he backbedalled to 8$ 3. the idea was a complete fail to begin with, a bunch of trolls made verified accounts with names of big corps and trolling, and loosing them bilions of money. Corporations pissed on peon lusk, huge corporations pulled funding out of twitter 4. his great idea in response? make verified accounts unable to change their names (that helps how exactly? it didn't, it made things worse. 5. it just so happened that he did this near halloween, so now there's a bunch of big twitter influencers and corporations with changed halloween names, unable to change them back, and a bunch of trolls with the normal corporate names, amazing, very smart leon rust, big brain 6. hundreds of accounts with his name started to troll his every post, he has a very fragile ego, so he couldn't stand it, his response, accounts which are humor all must have "parody" in name 7. backtrack to number 4 where he himself made people unable to change their names. proceed to ban an actor who is doing movie promo by parodying weird al. Amazing, all that big brain, how stupid can this asshole get?
