Harming others is never the right option, hate is never the right option. Taking advantage of others is never the right option. Giving in to urges to hate or harm even if you think it wont harm, is never the right option. Be everything you want to be in fantasy. Be as fucked up and weird and wonderful as you want in fantasy. That's beautiful and amazing and lets us expand ourselves and go places we could have never dreamed of before.
In the real world humans are complicated, crazy and broken machines that need care and love more than anything. They need to have a choice and they need to understand that choice. If that choice is taken from them or they are forced to make it before they are ready, it breaks them. I've seen it over and over again, choices being taken away, even when the person doesn't know their choice was taken. How it harms and ruins them, destroys what they were on the inside and remakes it into the twisted form of their abuser. I've experienced it, I've unintentionally DONE it. Wasn't long ago that I was a manipulator, taking what I wanted from others and leaving broken people in my wake. I know the consequences of these actions, I have seen the long term harm and the hurt.
So I say this not to target any one person, or any one group.
I'm sure you all well know my stance on these things by now, I seem to be well blacklisted by the relevant groups.
I just beg anyone reading this, please, take a long hard look at yourself, at what kind of person you want to be. I became better. I grew stronger from realizing how I hurt others.
