Is still open and un resolved i have been waiting for a good 19 days nearly two weeks for a name change.
Dear IB staff please resolve my ticket.

I can relate. I've got a ticket that has been open for 90 days and still Inkbunny does nothing.

If the names not already taken, you can change it yourself in account settings.
It's at the top left under security. ^^

problem being it belonged to a furry whom i inherited the head-base of my suit, a local quit i took his place and bought his character name , old arts ect.

Therfore the name was taken and the name change errors out , and i was told to ticket it. Ticket i did yet no response. :(

Aaaah, I see.
If you still have contact with that person, potentially you could ask them to change it? That way it'd be made available for you to change to. Although, from the way you said it, I'm guessing they're long gone from the fandom x_x

Fingers crossed you get a reply soon. I know they don't have a very big mod team. Come to think of it, I've never seen them openly recruit here, so I have no idea how they bring on new staff.
