I bet much less have a feeling that the next Modern Sonic Game they've come up with next will be based upon the new cartoon series : Sonic Prime.
Or at least an idea.
It will have :
* Open free world exploring.
* Meelee combat moves.
* Boss Fights with Eggman Variant Descendants known as : Chaos Council & Chaos Sonic.
* Ability to Upgrade as well as learn new moves.
* Amy, Tails, Knuckles, Big alternative versions along with Shadow as unlockable playable character or even ability to switch with any of e'm to help solve puzzles & such.
* Travel through diffrent realm like to collect
Paradox Prism crystal like shards in diffrent rhealm in order to help restore the universe & reality back the way it once was before Sonic accidently shatters it. All the while taking on Chaos Council & their robot armies including Chaos Sonic from retrieving the Paradox Prism crystal shards which they would use to conquer any realm with ease.

Mr. Dr. Eggman : Crimson-colored mech suit to engage his opponents in combat. The mech appears to be modeled after a race car, with a prominent spoiler on the back, air vents on its chest, and a black and yellow lightning-bolt shaped decal pattern on both of its wrists. The head of the mech is modeled after Mr. Dr. Eggman's own, bearing Dr. Eggman's signature features along with a metal hairpiece, which is able to retract to allow the pilot to emerge from the suit. The mech suit possesses a great degree of strength, being shown prying open a sealed blast door, and it is equipped with extending limbs, laser cannons, and jet boosters that allow the suit to take flight.
Dr. Done-It :
Dr. Deep : Samurai themed mech suit that does not have guns, but instead have capability that allows him to fight hand-to-hand like a samurai as well as flaming buzz-saws styled Shirukens on the shoulders & wielding two katana blades as well.
Dr. Don't :
Dr. Babble : Egg-shaped mech that resembes a baby's toy to combat his opponents. The mecha is equipped with a variety of weapons, including a mace-arm resembling a baby rattle as well as a laser gatling gun.
Egg Judgement : Real true Final Boss once player collected all Paradox Prism crystal shards which there are seven of e'm total that has the same power capability as Chaos Emeralds.
