Update - tech overhaul probs & the freggin weather

Sorry, sudden hardware problems forcing me to perform overhauls earlier than planned.
Files were corrupting at an accelerated rate, causing crashes & inability to use standby & hibernation, meaning takes too damn long to start up the PC to do much.

Aside from the last IDE hard drive failing, been suspecting the bridge chips were gradually overheating.
Is a problem with the way new power supplies are designed, the "quiet" fans are too slow & tend to adjust to negate the efforts of the system fan, means most of the heat stays inside the case.
(PS either sucks up the system fan air, or if the other way just create an airflow deadlock)
On top of other issues like flaky power lines & humidity corrosion.

Currently moving files to the bigger drives, but easy to forget moving a TB or so takes forever x_x;
Plus gotta do the OS ghost thing & recombine project folder structures..
AND only just recently remembered can use file sync programs to move the files in a way that catches the corrupted files (the stupid Windows system tends to just stall, abort & not bother to log them)

Still critically need more parts, but I cant ask or accept help for a week or so, since still stuck with paypal transfer limits & used up a good chunk on the electric bill >_<
Still lacking parts to be able to fully run the newer computer, having trouble just sustaining things.
I don't have the luxury of being able to simply replace things with new stuff all the time.

Weather has been violent and ridiculously hot, probably messed up the AC a bit because it either gets too cold or hot in here, but I'm trying to make it operate moderately (about 85f is good enough to tolerate & not screw up the fridge, but it keeps jumping between 67 & 95 degrees >_<)

But I'm going to need to know what programs upper artists like to use.
I need something for animation & something like Sai but can do sharp vectors & not stall in the file browser & make bloated files.
(I'm still using 2006 era software)

But my thanks to the people that are helping me recover some & hang on.
I'm just sorry the probs & lack of freetime keeps me too distracted & fatigued to be very thankful.
I miss the days I could just spontaneously do projects with people ):

I wanted to talk about art subject ideas and what people would like in simple furry lewd video games, but stuck wasting my time on problems -_-

Speaking of hardware problems, I recently lost two USB keys. One of them burned in one week of use. The other got bricked in a day. Fuck this. Why can't storage be reliable?

Would be nice if they made a more durable file system that can tolerate issues with unreliable removable drives, but probably requires more aggressive double-checking & redundancy (copy sectors to other locations & give each section a self-ID with checksums, etc).

I previously looked up how new drives work;
Flash memory relies on trapping electrical charges inside insulation material on transistors, which is good for fairly large cells, but they shank them so tiny that material flaws could cause some to leak at more various rates - on top of that they use the electric charge as an analog value (2 or 4 bits crammed into 1) - which if degrading would change the value over time.
Oh, and so tiny that mere background radiation like stray xrays & other particles can take out some of the cells.
Maybe explains why most of my old low-capacity flash memory things suffered no data losses yet. (PSX/GC cards, SD cards of 8GB or less, old bios chips, etc)
Hard disks simply gotten so finely focused that magnetic signals are written to almost molecularly small regions, to the point where entropy becomes a problem (heat can make materials scramble some over time, degrade).

Kinda seems like companies are pulling that big number stats(E-Peen) over quality thing, again.

Weather has been a bitch lately.

I'm not sure if I can send you anything right at the moment. I have been a bit more frugal with my spending as of this month, so I'll see what I can scrounge up nearing this month's end. I do have to get the brake pads on my car replaced, along with the frames of my glasses (damn thing broke,) but I can't promise anything.

As for simple lewd furry video games...maybe something that's rarely done. Maybe something like a lewd real time strategy, or lewd turn based strategy. Perhaps...on a hex grid for simplicity. Maybe add in a deck of cards with lewd pictures of the characters you can summon onto a field. Clothes/armor cards can be added to help the characters defense from getting ‘stripped’ and assaulted by the other player, whereas adding weapons like tickle feathers and rubbing oil cards, can help your characters do more powerful attack moves.

I dunno. Now that I look at that, it almost sounds a little like Furoticon. I wonder if anyone still remembers that card game?

Well as I said I cant really accept much for a little while anyway.
Plus gotta get through more of this HDD & OS transfer to know what would be needed most next.

I have zero knowledge of card games.
Furthest along RPGs I know are like Chrono Trigger & FF7 (I'd include mario RPG/papers but that's even looser).
Though I've toyed with game engines similar to Chrono & Zeldas, meaning can do the adventures thing but with also lewd events inserted, the problem is the extremely large scale of scenarios needed for involved interactions is overwhelming, is likely why nobody has completed much there (just a standard boink animation for key chars is too lame, tired cliches of those "eroges" as far as can tell)
Plus I never had time, been so low priority it took a decade to test them out.
It's possible though, but such needs realistic limits preplanning, too many make the mistake of just hopping into it.
Also I only know like 1/3 of the scenarios needed, I don't naturally know what's possible.

But yeah, some ideas done long ago like magic performance enhancements/curses, but also some limited dirty moves for those that wanna risk playing in like a maverick mode. (but I'm likely missing much of the established ideas)

Though that game engine was used for a (bunny Link) zelda animation I planned to post like 3 months ago, but I need about 2 weeks of uninterrupted time to complete it.

Would be nice if had time to complete a crude 3D models engine, would make animating tons of things far faster.
I gotta make one to my own parameters though, the common softwares used make no sense to me..
I just need to have rotateable linked parts, 3D modeling progs give no clear methods to export rigged models without needing some other overly complicated bloatware in the game engine(probably partial reason modern games need like 100GB of space & such).
