A friend recently lamented that another artist/author and I had been ‘lost’...
Well, I'm not dead, certainly, but I'm nowhere near as active as I used to be.
It’s true, I will admit, that I haven’t posted much in the last 9 months or so. Sorry. I've mostly been creating new stuff here on IB as Spectralwolf. I'm still writing furry porn, with themes that includes incest and consensual D/s and bondage play. But I'm sticking to a rule of all intimate participants being at least 18 years old. I've also been working on making fursuits and furry accessories, as well as trying my hand at making real-world leather fetish wear for the D/s and bondage crowd. But none of my new efforts received much interest, sadly. People pretty much stopped following or commenting on my new work after I stopped writing cub content 2+ years ago. I guess most of my fans only were in it for the hot cub content.
More recently, I went back to work about 5 months ago, with a full time job. Since then, I did create a rewrite on my Die Role story series, including a new chapter (10). But the almost complete lack of feedback on that new story gave me no real incentive to post more of it.
I will, eventually, post that updated Die Role story and continue writing more of it. I love the characters and the world I created for that story series. But I simply won't be as prolific a writer and artist as I used to be. Back when I was cranking out loads of stories and art, I had a really good paying job that left me with a fair amount of leisure time. And the stories I wrote, featuring a lot of cub-themed and Master/maid intimate themes, were popular enough to generate a lot of positive feedback, as well as commissions to write more stories for others. But now? It seems like most days, I get up, maybe play Pokemon or Animal Crossing on my Switch for an hour, then go to work. And by the time I get home, I don't have much free time before going to bed and starting the cycle again. When I do get a day off - a total of 8 or so days a month - I have to do laundry, shopping, and other stuff to keep my home and family going. Or I hitch up my travel trailer and escape into the woods to go camping, or to attend karaoke nights or dances with friends. It doesn't leave much free time for writing.
So, yeah, I guess it's fair to say that people who only loved my cub porn have 'lost me'. But I am alive and well.
