Share the music themes that would represent your original characters. They must be themes that you like and that the characters themselves would enjoy. Try to link the official source of each theme to promote the original authors. Don't use themes of already existing characters, that's cheating.
I've been curating this list for years and it's far from perfect, but that's okay. Update your list whenever you find a theme that fits better.
In my pony fanfiction days I started doing this for a lot of the story chapters. Was always interesting to look back and see how the character's "themes" evolved across stories and the music I ended up with.
