A question for those that care. and thanks for 600 follows

So been doing some reflecting and currently I am sitting on over a hundred pictures that I commissioned over the years that I yet to upload.

Most of these are pictures for either one off stories which I am trying to finish some time or for bigger projects which are a while out as most are still in the planning phase.

Part of this is my promotion three years ago and how that has drained my free time so my writing has slowed to a crawl again. Though I have been better off to get more pictures to help my muse.

So question for those who follow me:

Would you rather I upload the pictures with the story previews or wait until the stories are finished to upload the pictures?

Would love to hear what you all have to say.

Also thank you guys for getting me to over 600 followers never expected to reach so far being such a novice writer but thanks so much. Once things settle may to a reward of some kind so look out for that.

Hey there, first of all congrats for the 600 followers. Regarding your question, I'd say if you got a story preview at hand go ahead to release them with the pics. But if you don't have the time for it, just the pic with a short explanation would be fine as well. Hope you'll soon get time to follow your muse for writing again. Though I like to read your stories again, I'd love to read something new from you (or at least the continuation of S under D). All the best for you <3

Currently on chapter 2 of the academy rewrite but yeah work and life been rough for my muse recently.

may start posting pics for stories that are really stalled cause I sad so much art work is in the back that haven't been shared on my page yet.

Congratulations on hitting 600 followers! I'd say go ahead and share the pictures if you would like to, with story previews or not (whichever way you prefer it). I don't think there's a definite need to wait until the full stories, and at least with how I know I usually am, I would worry that that might add more pressure in a negative way to the completion of those stories, because now something else is contingent on it. Totally up to you, though, because that may just be my own idiosyncrasy.

I get that feeling I get the art work so that I have a way to keep the idea in my head but the time to sit down write and finish stuff has been scarce and I got years of stuff piling up.

I would say that uploading the pics with previews could be a good way to make yourself feel like you're making progress and encourage yourself to find more time to work of personal projects.

yeah, trying to find time to finish all these has been a challenge and with some reaching four years old think it's time I at least let others see the ideas that are brewing.

Just don't overwork yourself. Just to be clear: When I say "find time", I don't mean throw yourself into those projects at an unsustainable pace.

already work nearly 50 hours a week so really can't over work myself more than that.
