How Do Make AI?

by
I've been meaning to try out AI art for some time now, and thanks to a friend's experiments, I finally tried out Bing. Problem: Bing is horny and it's not allowed to be. If I used prompts that included "male" or "female" the images were blocked for violating terms of service. If I am to even try exploring the technology, clearly I will need to use something that can make porn even in cases where I want clean stuff.

What do I need to do in order to make porn with an AI image generator?

Bing blocks male or female?

Thats weird, I put in female all the time and it works fine.

Are you sure its those words?

It was either "female" or "playful."

You're trying to make porn, I dont think Bing will let you do that.

That's the thing, I wasn't. Bing decided to interpret a four-word prompt as porn.

If you want to do something even a little erotic, you need Stable Diffusion. If you just want to try it out a bit, here is a great list, but most of it is not allowed on InkBunny:

If you want to post it on Ink, you will have to install a programme on your own computer, because only this takes all the rules into account.

[Something I wrote up for a friend, might be more info than you need]

This is the guide a lot of people have used for setting it up on your own PC.  nVidia GPU is preferred, AMD/Radeon can work too, though.  It's been updated since I used it, so unsure what weirdness there might be these days.

... also don't know if there are newer/better ones.

Glancing over the instructions... looks like the same as what I did.  Everything up to where it says "--TI, HYPERNETWORKS, AND LORAS--" is what you want.  After that it gets into advanced mode stuff.

It has you install Git, which is a common and legit version control software us programmers use.   You install it because StableDiffusion will auto-update from the Git repository using the Git software.     It then has you clone the git repository for StableDiffusion.. or the Automatic1111 WebUI version of it.  That copies the actual SD software to your machine.  Then it has you download a model.  SD1.4 and SD1.5 can generate human nudes even though it was never trained on human nudes.  It wasn't trained on furry stuff, you'll have to get another model to get better furry stuff.   SD2.0/2.1 models were trained with more data, but also trained filtering out human skin tones more so less chance of human nudes. [besides anyone who wants human nudes, the reason you might want ones capable of it is merging them with models trained on furry art, it can combine the anatomy for better results..  most furry lewd models also have SD1.4/1.5 included/merged in]

Then it has you install Python 3.10, which is a programming/scripting language used by the webui.

I guess my only tip with installing that stuff is follow every instruction.  Like when, on Python, it says "make sure to choose "add to Path""  make sure to do that.

btw...  I guess the preference these days is to get the "Safetensor" version of the models.  I guess with the original checkpoints/models (the .chpk? or whatever file extension that was) there are ways to spread malware.  The .safetensor files should be.. as advertised.. safe..

I have had good luck asking it to draw the picture on a city street or someplace else public.

Apart from not allowing certain things like asking for specific people or company assets, it doesn't block by words. Rather, it blocks by the ideas it is trying to draw from. If the ideas lead to too many ideas that it finds naughty, it doesn't show you the result.

Civit.ai is a very good one to use as it lets you go all in with the nsfw

If you don’t want to set it up locally, the generator built into civit.ai will let you generate images using any models on the site.

If your machine has a decent enough vidcard, I’d recommend a local install of automatic1111 though:
https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui

It looks a little daunting to set up, but if a tech-challenged idiot like me can manage it, anyone can. There are instructions for your major operating systems provided partway down the page. Have a read thru the documentation there. You’ll need to install python and git, but I believe they provide links to the installers for those.
