Sup peeps. Wanted to throw some more eyes at what mighty arguably be the best story on this site that I've read.
It's cub, but not NSFW in the traditional sense. Describing it is... Hard, because it covers so much ground. Slice of life doesn't even feel filly encompassing, because it feels like you get dropped almost in the full lives of some 5th grade furs, living their day to day, dealing with all the normal childhood stresses. School, bullies, friends and enemies, who you like and dont, and what that even means, talents and flaws, roller coasters of emotion as fickle as a child's mood.
It's incredibly well written, and vast, which could be daunting to some, but in my opinion, so much worth the time investment to make your way through the 5th grade with these kids.
There are some moments that could be triggering for some. It's not all happy go lucky, some pasts have shadows. And kids aren't always good to each other. Some chapters reference or describe abuse or assault, and its dark. But none of the darkness feels contrived for the sole purpose of 'adding edginess', it flows with the story, and adds depth.
If anyone has questions, feel free to ask, I don't expect much for views on this, but any more eyes on this story is what it deserves.
