It's a 2 image looping gif, so the rhythm should be constant and steady. But the transition between two images would of course be smoother with more intermediate images. AFA the motion, play some 2/4 or 4/4 music and watch it.

I didn't see any context in your drawing, so to me it looked like she was dancing. I wonder if anyone else sees her as dancing rather than wiggling around like an idiot?
