This is a rather old picture of a character I made up. She was going to be a character for a fighting RP that never happened. Tei-Shi fights using the wind and ribbons to immobilize her opponents. When used correctly her ribbons can tear a man to shreds. She also possesses the power to turn herself into a mythical bird. When she does this her gender changes to male. Now if only I were better at drawing birds. :/
