This is Dracelia Chyranan. I drew her feeling inspired a long time ago, trying to make her appear somewhat regal in her poisonous pool house. Pretty much raised to be queen of the Gatroxica Swamps near the coast of Botanorest, but that's because she's the only one who lives there, besides her fungal pet army. She has a huge rivalry with Mycelia, an alien queen with the exact same goal and powers, but her desire is to rule the world using her fungus to make a whole world of worshippers. She is Crocodina and Alligatra's mother, and despite the twins being much kinder than their mother, they do share the same goal...secretly.
Note: She has the same last name as Mycelia because originally she was Mycelia's biological mother, though she wasn't aware she laid an egg at the time. The story was changed where Mycelia is actually from a Swamp on the Moon and the two are no longer related in any way. Their last names are just coincidentally the same as they're both Dranans who have a strong affinity for fungi....and act somewhat like Chimeras....? They're both villains.
One note is the map of Starmaninja is somewhat inaccurate and going to be redrawn. Botanorest and Sauradon are no longer connected to Starninja by land but completely separated with one section near the south of Botanorest getting close to Starninja. (Though you can still kind of reach it by land in the north as most of the water is frozen). When Dracelia was younger, the two continents were closer to each other and she was able to lay the eggs that contain Allie and Dina in preparation for spreading her influence, but was surprised to notice the continents drifting apart over the thousands of years that would pass. Ironically, this meant the twins needed the Starninjians to build a boat or plane so they could finally meet thier mother. This is why Alligatra spends so much time studying Botanian history.

Good thing all the Stars are used to walking around with massive feet. While they usually use them to attract compatable mates (which works out, those who don't like thier large feet wouldn't be compatable and therefore not allowed), they can also use them for heavy kicks. The massive size in 2D is kind of an illusion, they're really massive creatures.
