Do you model these yourself? I have a 3D printer, but I only wind up printing stuff I download off Thingiverse.

I see someone's new to bbmbbf. He does indeed model them. :P. Check their gallery, you can see the model he is printing now. They also have a tutorial of sorts talking about their process.

Hey BB, you should put the rendered image in the pool. :P show people what this is aiming for who come to the pool.  Also Jesus that's a big print... I know sonic characters are all head, but that's bigger than any one statue piece I've made :P

Mola, ha salido muy bien, pero tengo 2 dudas, ahora que me fijo.
Lo has hecho en varias piezas porque todo junto saldría mal? Y esa especie de base que se ve encima la hiciste tú para que lo imprimiera bien, o lo hizo directamente la impresora?
Es que un día yo imprimiré también un modelo que estoy haciendo, y no quisiera que se imprimiera mal

partir la figura lo hace mas facil para la impresora, y de paso te da la opcion para imprimir mas grande,  al partir la figura en partes es mas facil remover las estructuras de soporte.. esa especie de base que ves y que comentaste es casualmente esa estructura de soporte de la que hablo, en el caso de mi impresora se genera automaticamente para sostener la figura al momento de imprimir
