This adorable little puppy girl is Meghan LeChow, the illegitimate daughter of Brianna Sullivan (Irish Setter), from my Swiss Mix stories. Her father is Lord Karl von Bernerholdt (Bernese Mountain Dog). When Brianna was young, she was working for Lord Karl as a French Maid, and was his one of his many lovers. Brianna secretly decided to stop taking her birth control pills and have a child with her Master. She left Lord Karl's service as soon as she knew she was pregnant, and didn't tell him she had conceived a child with him. Instead, she returned to Ireland and quickly married another Bernese Mountain Dog man, Kelley O'Connor, making him think Meghan was Kelly's child. But Kelly turned out to be a terrorist, who later drugged Brianna and forced her to tell him who Meghan's real father was, and then tried to kidnap Lord Karl's legitimate children for ransom. Kelley died in the kidnapping attempt, and when Lord Karl discovered how Brianna and Meghan had been mistreated by Kelley, he helped his former maid to get rehabilitated, and arranged for Cheri LeChow, one of his other maids, to adopt little Meghan. Karl has told Meghan that he is her real father, but he has to keep that a secret for now. Still, when he sees her, he dotes on her and gives her lots of love.

Note: In the story, Meghan is described as looking like a purebred Bernese Mountain Dog, with brown eyes, black hair, and the darker color on her fur also being black. Rocky used some creative license to add a bit of her mother's Irish Setter heritage to her, giving her reddish fur and green eyes. I think the result is quite adorable, even if not quite exact to her appearance in my story.
