I never planned to have The Lion King OCs, but when I asked Vilani for a sketchbook commission, she said she doesn't draw porn with canon TLK characters. While originating from my silly story where I just searched-and-replaced names of canon characters with some random names based on random Swahili words (which I no longer remember), they eventually became completely separate entities.

One key difference is that the cubs are actually a brother and a sister. Because why not. 😜
