Giving the captives the right amount of rest is important. Not too much so they feel refreshed but just enough so they can think of their new purpose.
When newcomers are placed into the cells, older captives have priority to be paired up with them. This reduces the risk of planning out escapes and hastens the process of acceptance. The risk of injury is usually worth it as long the guards prevent any serious damage that would lower the product price.

Eh, I think by default, a more neutral approach to viewing art is what can't go wrong. But attacking or guilt-tripping artists, is a huge no-go.

I can understand that different things can feel provocative, but I learned to respect artists and their art. And that different people have different fictional kinks. One is not better than the other. Nor harmful as it remains fiction.
