We had a crazy windstorm this past week knocking the power out, downed trees, uprooted fences and brought down powerlines. It was a little bit nuts! We were lucky enough to get our power back on before Christmas, but sadly that wasn't the case for a lot of others.

With the power back, though, and the fridge safely empty now, I doodled up a little Devon and Addison in the storm ;). I had no idea conifer trees could bend so much.

Hope you all had a safe and warm Christmas and got time to spend the holidays with people you care about.

WOW! So you got all that wind too!
Its like "Gone With The Wind" all over again & again & again, the folks at the power company gets the power up in one area and two more go down just as fast. >_<

BTW I hope you don't mind if I print up this drawing and send it off to the Power repair folks I know they would get a chuckle over it.

Oh BTW there are lots of eagles in this parts of the woods and you can see them soaring though the sky's when the winds are really high.
