Heres one of my characters named "Roland Grant". (Thank you Shiro and Axel for the two names)
(and thanks for my other friends for helping me brain storm XD)

:3 Hes one Cat with a strong Sense of Law and Justice
Hes a Restrainer/traper type character/fighter also skilled in taking down bigger Targets with his hands.
He also Uses ClampTraps, Shackles, and Cages that can change size depending on thier targets ^W^ also He can Use other ways of Restraining most targets.
He Rates very stong for his kicks as well and his wrestleing.
He favors in catching criminals, fast targets, and very strong ones. (Dont Underestimate his size XD)

Personality and nature:Very Street smart. Always Challenges those with physical strength and speed. He's also kinda strict on his dutys but He can let people off with some warnings and a little punishment *Wink* he also enjoys Busting Law Breakers. ^W^ Very Enthusiastic about his job. :3 Only thing is that he tend to give people so many extra chances as long as they can handle some Punishment.
