So at long last it is complete! So you what they say "Art is never finished,only abandoned" -Leonardo da Vinci (yes, I am comparing myself to him) And honestly I feel the same way, I am absolutely sick of this render I have had it up to here!
I've wanted to do a picture with Dark Nicole (AKA O'Nicole, AKA Obsidian, AKA Onyx, AKA ENTER_NAME_HERE:) invading a city and squaring off against the unnamed girl squad in a city setting for along time now. and Friday of last week I got to work it took a few hours to do all the posing but as I started adding elements to the image it began to strain my hardware the point where looking at previews in cycles engine and my GPU did not have enough RAM to avoid crashing out of Blender upon starting. I have done big pictures in the past but this one was special. I spent literal days rendering segments of this picture only to have blender crash or notice something in the render window that did not appear in the window and start all over again! finally I rendered the image in separate layers and dialed back the smoke samples by a huge amount just to get this thing done today still took a solid 5 hours 58 minutes hours to render the smoke alone!
In all honesty I'm happy with how this turned out, it may be a bit dark but I'm hoping that's just the screen I'm looking at it on. I really hope you guys like this one, I was just frustrated it took so long OK rant over!

Not really, they are a relatively new feature that showed up during the Archie Sonic comic reboot toward the end of the series' run. Before that Sally mostly fought with a slingshot, her wits, and bare hands. It's one of the few things I liked about the reboot honestly.
