Iirc correctly it is an portmanteau of the phrases ツンツン which means to turn away in disgust and デレデレ which means to become lovey dovey. Yandere/ヤンデレ generally is someone who is very loving and caring but is extremely possessive to the point of willing to kill other people. I think it is also a portmanteau of 病んでる meaning mentally ill and デレデレ.
