A fun character. Quite talented to constrict her tail around such a narrow object, too. Like the hat and feather in it, good job with the feathers' veins as well as the snake's many under scales
She looks to be part hooded cobra with the flaring out around her head and immediate neck. She has a friendly face and the blue is a good color for her, too.
