Glad Disney scrapped the shock collar idea.

you and me both, that script was terrible, characters died, there was no real moral to the story, and judy was basically a douchebag. so, yeah, WE GOT THE BEST STORY FOR ZOOTOPIA.

I believe this was based on a deleted scene from the movie where Finnick is all like

Finnick: I'M WEARING A DIAPER!!!! (gets shocked)

I was just wondering, what was the point of the shock collars in the first place? What, if any, behavior were they designed to curtail?  Also, who controlled them?

the collars were a stupid metaphor. a visual representation of prey's fears in the movie. shock collars were supposed to give prey a false sense of security perhaps. again....a very empty premise once you think about it.

as for who controlled it, i guess city hall....or cops...again, it was a very bad resource, a terrible story point, and a bad idea luckily they changed. and no, it was not "dark and gritty" it was stupid. for the same point you present. WHO CONTROLS THEM? who can be trustworthy enough to literally have a finger over the kill switch of many citizens? that's  what a terrorist would do, it makes more sense on suicide squad than on zootopia.

Poor fluufbutt. He surely would be the one who triggers the collar often, knowing how "Intense" Finnic is... XD

Heha, aww, such a cute pic.

Though, question, what is the difference between the two pics? I don't think I see it..

Wish they would have made Finnick be wearing diapers this obvious in the final version

Right? Now we can only hope to see him in diapers either in Zootopia 2 or a Spin-off focusing on Finnick. :p

Finnick reduced to the diaper wearing baby he really is.
