To Latch, jobs present an opportunity to gain experience, and to potentially find a work environment that's right for her. In this case, she's found the perfect employers who see potential and usefulness of the panda. Not only that, but she herself has also found that it caters to a fetish she does keep tightly under wraps.
PolySh, a company that not only prides itself in the idea of remaining on the technological bleeding edge, but also is one that has latex (and their own variants of the material) as their mainstay. Fashion, toys, drones, accessories, little tidbits of portable technology, and their own internally developed tech that as of yet hasn't experienced any flaws thus far. Latch walks among her fellow employees, and the developed technology not as an engineer, tester, or even a researcher within the labs. Instead, she works in a more public manner at the front desk of one of their buildings. She welcomes guests, advises them along, relays information, and sometimes makes general rounds to keep track of information.
PolySh, in their goodwill, supplied the panda with a uniform that matches her taste in colors. Additionally, they've given her access to some of their various facilities that are both private, and public within PolySh! Now, she wonders if one day she might be able to model, or get involved with their toy or drone line 'for fun'. A stint of going mindless within their walls would certainly be enjoyable...
