A 30-40 something Hot Dog who lives in the same Apartment Complex as Drake. He hates loud noises. He is a common background character. He works at an office.

Bad-tempered, traditional, meticulous, essentially a male “Karen”

Likes: Keeping his apartment tidy
Dislikes: People who he thinks are below him or dirty (Drake, Javier, Heather, etc.)
Background/History
Hot Dog Guy originally lived in Luteland Manhattan until the city was destroyed in the war. He almost died in the attack, yet survived with the mental trauma of the incident.

Tan-Colored body, oval-shaped eyes, stick arms and legs, no fingers
