What I regularly see when there is human art, only the naughty bits (and some area around the naughty bits to be careful) are blurred of the human and a link is posted for the unblurred image. Any furry non-human characters are left visible and unblurred. Normally this blurring really only affects an image if the human is actually significantly participating in some way.
