Character Description
An Greenish Dragoness who dons a teal sweater & blue denim jean overalls & a pair of Sneakers..
Her human form has the same features but she is dark skinned but has freckles on her hips & face that were pink in contrast to her spots on her greenish scales. In addition, she grows horns & even her tail becomes an sucking, plant-like tail as well therefore, she is a mutant dragon.
Personality
Lulu is dimwitted but is highly loyal to the extreme. Lulu always has an intense tendacy to say her name instead of I, me, & my to etc. during conversations.
Lulu is strong willed & despite her playful, childish, & baby-like nature, she is very much more to have an strong sense of justice, & given an fearsome reputation against any villains she faces Lulu views as an "waste of time" she is very much harmless unless provoked or mistreated in any way.
When angered by any evildoing, Lulu will do anything by all means to put an end to any evil & is said to never let them go until the crimes they have committed is paid either in due or in blood but that is not necessary for Lulu is an friendly, reasonable & highly intelligent Dragoness as long no evil or any wrong things are done against her & her friends it all that matters thus, all villains & evil are deathly afraid of Lulu because of her wrath beyond comprehension.

Background/History
