I might be able to help with the quality of the GIF. FastStone image viewer can convert to GIF format without causing all that dithering.

Anyway, this is unbelievably adorable. If your avatar is some sort of preview for your flash, then I can't wait for it.

I thought one of the biggest complaint about teh PNg standard is that they didnt allow multiple frames to a given image, for slideshow animation, folowed by delta coding and compression for efficint compact animation, and looping?

Twilight is definitely enjoying something more than just Spikes attention, unless his tail is a lot longer than I remember 8)

I just noticed that the GIF version and the APNG version have an 11-frame difference between them.

Would you happen to have the frames you used for the GIF version unconverted? I'd like to see how it looks when I run them through FS Viewer.
