Punkish Choko

This one is kinda Metaphysical, but I had that vision of both punkish Choko and regular Choko

comforting each others, so I gave it a try and started to draw this to see where it could go.

Hope it doesn't look too much like an ego trip though ^^;;

What do you mean by "classic trope"?

An artist/character addressing their mirror selves for exposition or character development. You present a very gentle and intimate version of the trope. Probably one of the most dramatic uses would be the epic Superman Vs Clark Kent sequence from Superman III.

And here now, as I review this submission, I notice for the first time that the two have different colored hides.

Ooh okay I see, thanks for explaining, yeah then this one is a little specific since they're really two different characters living in different plan of existence, though share the same original soul.

This is literally how depression feels. 2 parts of you. The part that wants to help and knows that your worth it while the rest tries to hide and pretend everything is okay, when in reality it's struggling so much.
This honestly is such a well done scene.

This shows the depth of feeling that I have felt in other works you've done. The emotion, the dialog, is impressive; it's rich, powerful, bares the soul of the characters and the artist. Thank you for giving us so much of yourself.
