Finally, it's here! Thanks to financial support from Fogbank I was able to focus on making that long awaited update. However, we are not stopping there, I have a lot of content planned for future versions.

Change Log: • Right and Left Ears combined into pairs, taking the same slot as old Left Ear. ○ If your Cub character had mismatched ears, it will be replaced with matching ones. You can manually equip mismatching pair in CAS after using cas.fulleditmode console command. • Paws now won't hide Socks slot items on sim. Cubs deserve to keep their paws in warmth too. • Adjusted Weight Paint on all Tails. Now Tails are bind to Spine/Pelvis instead of a leg. • Improved compatibility with Hairstyles for all Heads. • Eyes Preset now available for for Occults. ○ Along with the Eyes Preset I also included neutral gray Skintone that is available for all Occults, since some of them didn't had fitting Cubs Compatible Skintone by default. • Existing Base Color and Stomach Custom Fur Tattoos changed to ones without additional fur details. ○ Old Tattoos with fur details are still available in CAS. • Added Horns and Spikes Custom Fur Tattoo. • Added 3 new Pallets for Custom Fur Tattoos: ○ 45 Natural Colors swatches (original for Adults by ssspringroll) — All Tattoos. ○ 60 “Sorbet” Colors swatches (original for Adults by ssspringroll) — All Tattoos. ○ 40 Multicolored Swatches (original for Adults by SoraFoxyTails) — Base Color and Patterns. • Added Fur Tuft Bottom for Children and Toddlers. • New Petite Canine Head for Children and Toddlers. • New House Cat Head and Pointy Feline Ears for Children and Toddlers. • Reorganized existing Body Parts, for better user experience with added (and planned) Species. • Added Lizards and Sharks parts: ○ 3 new Heads for Children and Toddlers: Lizard (Wide Snout), Lizard (Slim Snout) and Shark. ○ 3 new Tails for Children and Toddlers: Lizard, Spiked Lizard and Shark. ○ 3 new “Ears” for Children and Toddlers: Lizard Horns, Short Lizard Horns, Shark Ears. ○ 2 new Shark Fins. ○ Lizard/Shark premade Fur Tattoos.
Requirements: Any mod to unlock Tattoos CAS options for kids. (Tested with ATF WW Mods).
Optional: Savestate's Furry Mod for Sims 4 — Adult Furry sims.

No, I don't. Animating requires somewhat different set of skills, from what I have. At the moment I'd like to focus on the things I'm good at, which is clothes and body parts. There are other creators, who specialize on animations though, and Cubs do not require any special treatment there, any animation made for kids will work with Cubs just fine.

Understandable. So I don't reckon you know of a mod that allows you to punish your cubs. Something like a otk spanking mod? I'm honestly surprised there isn't anything like that available. I would image the babyfur community would have created such a mod a while back. Anyway, you have done really well with what you created. Well done!

There isn't really a “babyfur” community in Sims 4. Even regular Furries are pretty niche, with like four creators ever contributed to it, only one of which is still active. (And one weird guy who makes his own lizards, not compatible with the Furry mod.)
As for spanking animations, I think there are couple, but not much more.
