Karst Spring aka Kinetic is an "evil version" of Tails, he is an impishly intelligent manipulator, trickster, and scam artist. Everything he has is stolen from someone else, and his only reason for interacting with anyone is to coerce or trick or even pick pocket them out of anything that they have which he might want. He is very aware of how people tend to perceive him as a cute and helpless young child, and will use that to his advantage to get people to let their guard down around him, get himself out of trouble, or get other people into trouble. And as a skilled lockpicker he's adept at getting into places he shouldn't go and isn't wanted. In his eyes everyone is either a mark to exploit, or a threat to be taken out. It's not uncommon to find him hustling people at chess tables at the local park, hustling people playing three card monte on the street corners, hustling people by pretending to be a child who lost his mommy and picking their pocket while they try to help him find her, or getting caught hustling people and consequently trying to flee from the cops.
He has water powers, able to manipulate h2o in its purest state to take the shape and form he desires. However the more impurities, minerals, and organic substances such as bacteria that a body of water has, the less control he is able to manifest onto it and the more effort he needs to employ to manipulate it to even the slightest degree. Therefore he always carried nine bottles of 99.9% distilled water with him at all times on a holster belt, which he can use in case of emergency or convenience to utilize to its maximum effectiveness. Typically he'll take two bottles worth to make a small wave out of and ride atop it as if he's surfing in order to outrun pursuers, but can also send them whipping out with enough force to attack people with. Whenever submerged into a body of liquid he can manipulate enough of the water in the fluid around him to move himself through it deftly, giving the impression of having impeccable swimming abilities.
