This was the last chapter of my webcomic, I planned to continue it but real life got in the way, job, my then new hobby of making custom toys, and the fact that I couldn't really figure out how to illustrate the next scene. Eventually I simply abandoned the project. My plans were to have an exposition page about the nature of the gaming multiverse, then the next arc would be the chaos emeralds the Vaati cast out of Sonic back at the beginning finding their way into other game worlds and wrecking havok, so the next few storylines would be a collector quest. I planned on visiting obscure classic games like Ristar along with some of my favorites like Metroid and Legend of Zelda. Tabuu was supposed to be somewhat nerfed too, he still had some of his powers but outside of his subspace realm he wasn't nearly as strong (since he only absorbed a small fraction of what he intended to from the princess) and he wouldn't be able to adapt to the various game universes the same way Captain N would, so in some places he'd be overpowered but in others he'd be weak and vulnerable. I also wanted to do a "Vectorman Gaiden" story which would basically be a comic version of the 2 Vectorman games, ending with Earth finally being cleaned up after defeating the giant bugs and him being inducted into the Queen's royal guard since his version of the world was at peace.

I feel like I should point out when I made this comic the "Isekai" story trope wasn't quite as well worn as it is today, but I DID try to get ahead of accusations of making the MC (who IS a total author self-insert) a Mary-Sue by making him a bit of a bumbling goof, just savvy enough to know what to do next but still just a guy in over his head (I'm particularly proud of the "busting his hand on Vaati's face" gag) Also in case it wasn't clear I chose the characters for this story based on how easy they were to draw. Also partially why I wanted to go to Ristar for my next arc since he was also a relatively simple character but I would have been screwed once I wanted to go to Metroid or another world with more complex characters.
