She's the pixie mascot of 70's anime Andersen Monogatari ( アンデルセン物語 )
A quick turnaround model sheet. I wanted to make a redesign of the original, a bit more compatible with my style, so she's not on model here.
I'm working on a NSFW comics project with her as a main star :P
