As some may have noticed, I've been experimenting with my style for a few months now. I started going more in the manga direction again, mainly because I wanted to learn to animate the eyes on my V Tuber. But in the course of time I made the mistake to mix Manga and Animal X__x' sometimes it looked good.... sometimes it didn't. I have to kick myself in the ass that I separate it Strickt, even if I like the manga eyes.
Glad I'm not the only one who tries to make human and anthro eyes separately distinguishable.
Anthros having generic humanoid anime eyes just irked my soul, so I experimented with trying to separate the core structure of them when I was developing my style---only real challenge of it though is finding that sweet spot of making sure both look like they belong in the same universe. XD

sometimes it looks good, but especially with feral characters, i like it uniform, then i think: yay an improvement, that's how i'll draw it from now on! a few weeks later i think ... damn.
