Colonel Lupine is one of the best officers in the Playground Cub Guard. Commander of one of the best regiments in all of Maeria to boot, the Highland Lasses. He should probably have become a general by now, but he spends his free time honing his skills instead of attending balls. As a result, he lacks the connections he needs to advance further than colonel, currently.
