We all knew the video Eggman showed Sonic was fake. Sonic must be so messed up now with all the physical, emotional and mental torture. He probably doesn't even know what is real or false. I'm so glad you continued with story. Please keep it up. I want to see the reunion between Sonic and Shadow, though I fear it will not be a good one at this point in time.

Uh oh! I thought the video was just another illusion. It did not look good for Knuckles and Shadow. Anyone would misinterpret it the wrong way. And considering the state Sonic was in at that point when he saw it... poor Shadow. Please update soon. I'm dying to see the reunion and the fallout that will come of it.

I think since this was the last city standing against Eggman's conquest that Knuckles meant the mission was priority, especially since it's been a couple of months since they learned Sonic was alive, but have yet to find any traces of him.
And I totally agree with you. Between the physical, mental, and emotional torture combined with essentially losing hope of rescue, he's going to be messed up.

Let's see, he saw that video when he was in prison for about 4.5 months, and now it's been the full 6, right? I can't wait to see what you have in store for their long-awaited reunion! Considering how much Infinite kept messing up his body and mind, I can only imagine Shadow's reaction and what he'll do to that jackal when he gets his hands on him!
