Kevin is BIG into Scouting he LOVES cub scouts especialy there meets and even more so there Powwows and camp outs!
This is Kevin at a fairly large cubscout meet in the woods in early Autumn, then summer. I wrestled with this one for a while originaly the setting was summer and I had a much more brightly color Cartoony look to it all but after playing with things long enough i decided I preferred the Autumn color pallet and swaped back at some point in my efforts I ended up switching to this hybred from cute animeish to more realistic and ended up putting hikeing boots on him. Originally He was bare pawed.
I'm not...entirely happy...with he way the uniform came out boys couts were not to hard but CUB scouts the AI seemed to struggle with that despite my best efforts so the SHORTS are not technically regulation...sorry for any former scouts out there this was the best I could do...I am still learning this problem after all
