Right, been sitting with this on the upload page for days, so I'm just gonna post it.
Bit of a multi-purpose piece, which I'd be thankful for feedback on. Not for the artwork itself, though, but for the reflection behind it.
Also hey, I'm not dead and not just streaming homework when it's convenient. But my drive to post is still circling the drain.

I won't get into it much 'cause it's mostly relevant to FA, considering re-merging accounts and letting people request Dilan in commissions etc. Probably no one cares, and I might be making mountains out of molehills, but that kind of stuff does stick to my mind.

Thought I'd upload here anyways though.

Well I will say it definitely contrast with what you normally put out. It is still you, from your strokes and familiarity. Although it is more coarse. Your style is usually far softer(even your sketches are softer than this particular piece)

If you are contemplating whether or not this particular line of "work" makes you happy, that is fair. I have see a great deal of artist go through burn out and they either pull themselves out of it or just pursue other activities. All the same, I know that it is always a pleasure to see you upload. It was different and unusual. 👍

Thanks for your input.

The roughness mostly comes from a new pencil brush I've grown to like; feels crispier and more defined. I'd also not bothered to clean up too much for this one, since it was meant much more simple and quick. xux

I'm not quite reconsidering the work as far as drawing, to be honest, nor even NSFW; I still like all that stuff. But rather, I'm thinking of re-merging my FA accounts I had split between SFW/NSFW some years back. (though, admittedly, uploading publicly online is becoming a tougher sell; that part of the "work" is where I'm getting burnt)

I can see where the worry comes from. Putting yourself out there for everyone to see the work you do is daunting. If they like it, that's a plus, but if they don't, then it hampers the creative process. I only wish positive vibes to you, my friend.
