This happened late last year but I've learned this particular tosspot is still soliciting artists for free spankbank material. Also, I wanted to make a more general point.
I've done free work plenty of times, for worthy causes. I've drawn for conventions, done charity drives for people on hard times, even drawn for grieving fans and friends of another artist after their passing. A worthy cause is motivating for free work, I've done it plenty of times and I'll do it again in the future. An individual person wanting to crank one out in their cum sock for free, or who just thinks they ought to get free art because they're in difficult circumstances? That's not a worthy cause, it's an insult. The vast majority of furry art is already posted out there for free, you literally couldn't view it all in the average human lifetime, so custom jobs are worth something, as is the experience and skill of the artist.
The dedication it takes to learn to make quality artwork is no small task, it's why most people don't do it, don't dedicate decades of their lives to learn. Nobody goes through that effort simply to be at the beck and call of complete strangers who want a free wank. If you're an artist, please don't feel obligated to do these requests, or feel guilty if you refuse. I know it doesn't feel nice, but these assholes don't respect you. Anyone with respect wouldn't ever ask in the first place.
I'd say also to not do this sort of thing to an artist as well, but anyone with decency already knows this and the sort of people who try to coax free work out of people already threw their dignity on a landfill long ago, so expecting anything reasonable from that lot is a fools errand. But yeah, above is a shit person, don't feed their type, they piss all over legitimate patrons of art, wonderful customers and kind artists alike.
