Character Description
Loweni is a secondary character in Paw Patrol, she is a mixed-breed Russell Terrier pup,
she is an electrician, her main goal is to fix light poles, home circuit breakers and home
electrical networks,the secondary objective is to repair household appliances and other
electronic equipment.
Personality
Loweni is a genius electrician, always manages to fix electronic equipment, and also
loves to help people including Rocky and the Player in their creations, she is also very sweet and kind as everyone always sees the good in people but sometimes when she ends up being a bit naive. she also loves to play sports like snowboarding or even skating.

Likes:repairing electronic equipment, playing with other puppies, snowboarding and skating.
Deslikes:electronic equipment failing,seeing other people failing in their goals,getting dirty.
