"Speck" (True name unpronounceable to humanoid tongues)

    Race: Kreshym (Kobold) female, Idealistic

    Class: Sorcerer

Age: Human equivalent of 18 (Kreshym mature quicker but have a longer lifespan due to their dragon heritage)

Appearance: Speck has light grey skin with darker charcoal markings across her body. Her tummy, rump, and the underside of her tail are of a light gray shade. Her steely gray eyes reflect her determination. Standing at 2 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 30 pounds, she has a small and nimble physique.

Personality: Speck enjoys pretending to be evil, but in reality, she possesses a good-hearted nature. Believing herself to be a dragon, she imitates the behavior of her draconic ancestors. She pretends to breathe fire, although it's actually a fire spell she casts. Speck has a carnivorous diet and is not afraid to use her bite as a means of defense, exclaiming "Rawr!" when she does. She holds a playful fascination with the idea of eating Clover, considering her size.

Skills and Abilities: As a Kreshym sorcerer, Speck channels the raw powers of magic. Her specialty lies in fire-based spells, which she uses to emulate the abilities of dragons. She is also exceptionally agile and adept at navigating tight spaces.

Preferences and Background: Speck's native tongue is Draconic, reflecting her Kreshym heritage. She hails from an ancient underground civilization of Kreshym that was ruled by a dragon rarely seen by its subjects. Growing up in the depths of dark caverns, she developed exceptional agility and a talent for maneuvering through tight spaces. Speck shares Rozika's fascination with shiny objects and is always on the lookout for treasure. In the recent past, she was driven out and almost murdered by others in her village for trying to take her own egg and raise the hatchling herself, defying traditional Kreshym customs. This indicates her rebellious nature and determination to forge her own path.

Quirks and Relationships: Speck has mated once, as demanded by Kreshym tradition for her age, and laid an egg. However, she had other ideas and wanted to raise the hatchling herself, which led to her expulsion from the village. She has a strong bond with her own egg and displays strong protective instincts towards it. She was not able to recover the egg as she fled for her life, and her fondest wish is to recover it and raise her baby.

    How Speck got her name:

"Kreshym?" Rozika furrowed her brows, eyeing the intruder warily. Dorghin and Kreshym were ancient enemies. "Whatcha name, lizard?"

"Neem? Nayme iz... SKREEE chirp chirp…" the small Kreshym issued a loud, high pitched sound one night hear from a velociraptor.

"Gods!" the Dorghin covered her sensitive ears upon hearing the noise. "Ya annoyin' lil speck ain'tcha?!"

"Speck! Yessss..." chirped out the Kreshym happily. "Naymiz Speck, Yessss..."

"Speck it is..." Aelska smiled softly.

Thank you for your kind words! Speck's story indeed holds a touch of sorrow, but she carries a resilience that shines through her every action. She may be separated from her young for now, but her determination to navigate the challenges of the wilderness gives hope that one day they will be reunited. Your empathy for her journey is deeply appreciated!
