While Bleach attends regular classes, his first class of the day is with the special-ed teacher, Mrs.Nachtvogel (https://inkbunny.net/s/3301901). He was originally set for gym and had her class in place of language arts. Faculty was hesitant to make the change, given he was already reading and writing far above his grade, but it was determined he got plenty of exercise at home (as his complete collection of every DDR game can attest).
Bleach mostly uses this time for reading and drawing, or getting help from Mrs.Nachtvogel with his homework. Some days he will come in and just space out, already deep in a thought from the car ride over. (Sometimes he's so lost he doesn't even notice his hoodie riding up!)
Tenka also attends this early morning class (https://inkbunny.net/s/3257508). While the two get along just fine, they tend to keep to themselves.
