Can't I publish works related to human sexual organs in IB?

by
The official has deleted it for me. Is this a policy that existed before?

But this has not been completely avoided, because many artists have this situation, so just ignore it?

Many artists that do it just don't get caught.

You're allowed to link the full image, just make sure what you put on IB follows the rules.

They do so by censoring the human parts and posting the full image somewhere else. You should be fine doing this method.

The other option is to keep a censored version here on IB, and post the non censored version on e621.... as their policy is different (as in, they don't care).

The "no humans" policy has been around since the website's early years. Humans in "General" art are acceptable.

Human Characters

Human characters are permitted in artwork, however they must not appear in sexual situations and must not show genitals, anal details, or sexual arousal. Censored art involving humans must plausibly depict a non-sexual situation.

Oh, long time no see^^, I have another question, just limit skin color? What if the Furry of a human shaped penis?
SideB

Humanoid penises are fine as long as it isn't attached to a human.
You could quite literally just turn the skin blue or something and it would be fine.

Another artist does this. They have a loli/shota doujin (I think that's correct term) where here on IB the characters are blue and gray / made to look like they have fur, bu elsewhere they are human. No other changes / edits to art (except maybe a chest tuft or something).

I have seen many "human parts" like hands, penis etc. in pictures on InkBunny, but I also know one artist got his picture deleted by IB staff just as short as two days ago, just because it had a human arm and hand.
So I believe you post such picture at your own risks, and already existing pictures can be deleted from one minute to the other as soon as it is discovered by IB staff.

Be reminded that humans in a porn picture are not allowed, but as far as I know a human nude can be depicted if there isn't any sexual meaning to it ("tasteful nudity") - and of course, clothed humans without any problem as long as the rest of the picture is also all audience.

As I answered in your PM, I'll officially post it here as well: https://wiki.inkbunny.net/wiki/ACP#Human_Characters
The subsection in the ACP has been in effect since the beginning, as Telain mentioned.

Does this mean that everyone abides by it? Far from it unfortunately, there are many who haven't read the ACP (even though there's a tickbox when they sign up to Inkbunny, confirming they have), and there are many who ignore it.

Such content might fly under the radar for a while, however it doesn't mean that the submitter will always get away with it. Sooner or later, someone's going to notice and report it.

It's because of Netherland law where the servers for IB are located.

That's garbage if true. A lot of my upcoming art has a human POV with a furry girl in focus. If it gets deleted just because the dick doesn't have a knot I'm going to be angry

The United States Laws don't really care much about cartoon drawings.... but Canada, France, UK, Australia, Italy and a bunch of other countries apparently ~DO~ care.... lol.... also, I guess it depends on ~which~ of those countries Inkbunny is hosted in.

Oh I see... France and Quebec.... both countries where they will arrest you over fiction.... yuck.....

Too bad that InkBunny isn't still hosted in the good ole' USA.....

Cuz the USA absolutely doesn't give a crap about drawings of fictional cartoon characters.....

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2256

18 U.S. Code § 2256

--- Section 11 ---

"""The term “indistinguishable” used with respect to a depiction, means virtually indistinguishable, in that the depiction is such that an ordinary person viewing the depiction would conclude that the depiction is of an ACTUAL PERSON engaged in explicit conduct. This definition does not apply to depictions that are drawings, cartoons, sculptures, or paintings."""

....

And here is a very useful and informative article written by Boozy Badger, the Lawyer Furry....

https://web.archive.org/web/20180525162247/http://lawye...

"""While a prosecutor can charge under the PROTECT Act, they’re also going to have to convince a jury to CONVICT under the PROTECT Act, and that’s going to be a harder thing to do… especially when the images are in a form that most laypeople would consider sort of de facto Artistic or Literary in nature, such as writing or a drawing… and especially because what is “obscene” when left to a jury really is a question of to what extent the jury is willing to accept the work as acceptable…and all those arguments you see online?  “It’s okay because it’s all fiction…no real people are being harmed…. there’s no crime here at all”?  Those are the same arguments a Defense Lawyer will make to the jury to try and get them to see things in the light favorable to their client."""

.....

"""The take away here is drawings of fictional minors engaging in sexually explicit activity IS NOT legally ch*ld p*rn*graphy, and CANNOT legally be considered ch*ld p*rn*graphy, based on the holding of Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition. However, that does not mean it’s legal. If the work is OBSCENE, as we discussed above, and has no literary, artistic, political, or scientific merit, then such drawings of fictional minors are illegal federally under the obscenity laws if any of the circumstances that invoke the federal government’s jurisdiction on the matter apply. However, while still technically illegal, PEOPLE AREN'T REALLY PROSECUTED ON IT due to the difficulties of getting obscenity convictions (they’re notoriously hard) where there’s NO ACTUAL VICTIM in the images, and accordingly it’s rarely prosecuted without there being some other charge like abuse of a ch*ld or ch*ld p*rn*graphy. So…technically illegal – possibly – but RARELY prosecuted."""

In the case of Bunny Bits, they got unlucky.... because France had very recently added laws to their books making Furry Cub Art and Anime Human Loli Art 100% illegal, and 100% equal to genuine CSEM.... but they moved to Japan, where NOBODY CARES about what you do with a FICTIONAL CARTOON CHARACTER..... so now they can draw whatever they want to (so long as they add some black bars over the naughty bits)....

As an alternative, crop the image with humans and upload it here. Then, upload the full, unedited image to e621. Finally, add the e621 link to the cropped image description!

You are welcome to link your hiccears, mega.nz, baraag or whatever and post the full pic there and link to it on your IB submission description.

I even censored my furry/human story for the no human in sex/nude rule. Where the furry/human sex scenes were I made a link to an external site with just those scenes. Sure, it's annoying to do that but it saves the site from being shut down by overbearing governments and agencies.

A story.... you censored a written story? That's.... kinda silly that you should even have to do that.... I mean, it's just text.... right? Words on a screen..... I get the reasoning when it's an artistic drawing, but for text? That seems a tad bit overkill.... but hey, do what you're gunna do, lol.....

It's still human/furry. iirc, I even asked about it to one of the admin and they suggested linking the sex scene outside of IB.

I didn't want to be banned for having a human character having sex, even if she was over 21 and was just words. Don't risk getting a ban over something that's a written rule.

Meh, I mean, it's whatever. There's other websites that would host your story and not put restrictions on you about what you can or can't have in it. I think censoring the ~imagination~ is a bit strange.... a picture can be judged as either being realistic or not being realistic, but you can't really visually analyze written text. Again, your choice. I'm sure Ao3 would not put such a restriction on you though....

maybe, but I'm exclusively on this site and only on this site.

in my opinion as many have suggested is a rule only because the creators dislike humans. but i cant be sure. if its sexual or just naked its not allowed sadly
strawbaby

Not gonna lie, I assumed it was because fictional human content is illegal in certain countries 0_0 it would be kinda funny if it was for a reason that simple lol

To be honest, the rule may be more stringent enforced. Otherwise Inkbunny's future is at risk ||=(:l

There are still plenty clearnet sites to post drawn humans.

Yeah, like e621. They don't have the same policies as IB does....

But each website has their own specific set of Pros & Cons.
