So if you had something happen like say, bring your daughter to work day, where all the daughter cubs get to have fun helping and waiting on tables working for the diner. That they all would slowly become rapidly pregnant, and possibly even give birth during their shift, thus becoming moms themselves!
Course there is the other silly possibility that the moms suddenly find themselves regressing and are unbirthed by the daughters, making them moms that way too! Though are the moms now also daughters now as well? hmm... ^^

Well here are a few mom-ish characters that spring to mind.
Mrs. Jumbo (Dumbo)- She retired from circus life and finds working in the diner to be the right kind of exciting. She balances dishes better than anyone.
Della Duck (Ducktales)- New to the mom thing, she got the job to try and not rely on her Uncle too much.
Mrs Bear (Rupert)- In her episode with Rupert, its shown that she has a talent with languages.
Mrs. Dolores 'Mama' Toad (Thumbellina)- Waitress who doubles as a performer for parties held at the diner.
Mrs. Vandersnoot (Talespin)- Silent partner. Easy to frighten. Not used to the goings on in fast food diners.
Slappy Squirrel (Animaniacs)- Retirement sucks so working at a diner didn't sound too bad.
