Windows 11 File Explorer Issue

So recently for the past month or so I been getting errors in File Explorer, which is called Assents now, in which my art doesn't show on the page and only in the Photo Gallery, I been wondering if there was a fan made patch that could fix it so I can see the files again, my art file preference is .PNG.
Also let me know if the download links if there are any are trustworthy, I don't wanna hacker chewing on my behind.

There is nothing called "Assents" and neither "Assets" on Win 11 as far as I can tell from my system or via googling.
Mind to explain more and show screenshots please?

For a little bit I did see it as Assents but guess they changed it back. Anyways on File Explorer there is a bug with any type of image and won't display images on the application, I tried going in and fiddling with Folder Options but what people said to do online seems to not work as intended. If this works I linked a picture from Discord censoring my personal information on the page, all the blank files here are images that can still be accessed in Photo Gallery.

Oh huh.. No idea unfortunately.

I don't wanna delete files, it seems to be working correctly at the moment now, sorry for the troubles, and thank you for trying to help, the solution was apparently restarting my computer again for whatever reason.
